Ian Palmer

Ian plays every style of music, from Rock and Pop to Jazz and Classical. He has performed alongside many leading and household names including Georgie Fame, Alan Skidmore, Jane Mcdonald, Julian Smith, Martin Taylor, Michael Brecker, Ronnie Scott, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, BBC Radio Big Band, Nigel Kennedy and Roy Wood.

Towards the end of 2010 Ian was introduced to Alex Starling of the band ou Est Le Swimming Pool by close friend Jon Brookes of the Charlatans. Alex had found himself available following the passing of Ou Est Le Swimming Pool's lead singer Charlie Haddon at a festival in Belgium. Alex and Ian went onto form the Ghosts. The band includes friend Dan Whiffin on Guitar. The album features Jon Brookes on a Led Zeppelin inspired track and also Simon Tong on guitar formerly of the Gorillaz and the Verve. The album was produced by legendary UK producer Tim Bran (Paul McCartney, La Roux).

Sarah Riches

Sarah began singing in her teens and earned her way through university by singing jazz, folk and easy-listening standards on the Staffordshire club scene. Her voice was then trained for opera and musical theatre. She is now enjoying the lyrical freedom of singing rock and pop songs for Audio Kings and is delighted to be involved in their song writing process.

Sarah sang in the national finals of Open Mic UK in 2009 for which over 10,000 vocalists/songwriters auditioned. Sarah regularly performs in charity concerts and musical theatre productions in the West Midlands. Recent principal roles for Argosy Musical Theatre Company include Kate in Kiss Me Kate, Calamity in Calamity Jane and Gloria in Return to the Forbidden Planet. For the Crescent Theatre Company she has also recently played Debs in Boogie Nights and Jenny in Company. In 2005 she was awarded the BFAME (Birmingham's Festival of Arts and Musical Entertainment) award for Most Outstanding Female for her role in a short Harold Pinter play as Sally in Night School with the award-winning Really Serious Theatre Company.
